Meet our Brewing Partner
Beat Culture is a locally owned and sourced craft brewery co-founded by FIU alumnus Alan Espino. A scientist by trade, Espino was fascinated by the science of making beer and turned his passion into a profession in 2018 when Beat Culture opened its doors and brewed its first craft beer a couple of months later.
Motivated to give back to the university that encouraged him to make his dream a reality, Beat Culture crafted FIU Sunblazer Golden Ale to embody the university’s unique style, culture and spirit in every drop.
